Students will enhance their skills of reading, and analyzing literature.  They will also gain the ability to discuss what they have evaluated, and learned.  

For over five years I have taught classes that were heavy in literature, and led book discussions in each of them.  The classes included scholars who are ages 12 through 18.  One of those classes was an "Aulting" class where we read higher level books on financial choices.  The rest of the literature has spanned from Shakespeare to the Giver.  I have read the Hunger Games book series three times (except for the new one) and will re-read them along with the scholars in order to adequately lead the class. I have also read a book club with adults for the past three years.

Each family will be responsible of obtaining their own copy of the Divergent book series.  The books that are need include;

Allegiant
Four
