Each week we will have a fun and interesting reading discussion about one of the Diary of a Wimpy Kid books from the series.  Each student will have read the book independently ahead of class.  Students are also optionally encouraged to write down their thoughts and notes about the book ahead of the class as well.  This class will help your child develop their reading, writing, book analysis and socializing skills.

We will discuss the main idea of each story, key details, character analysis, thoughts, feelings and any lessons your child has learned and would like to share with the group.

We will begin the class by saying hello and I will show the book cover and read the short story summary.  I will ask some questions about the details of the story and any lessons that the students have learned.  Each learner will be warmly encouraged to share their thoughts and feelings.  Everyone will be encouraged to describe their favorite and most memorable parts of the book as well.
