What will be taught? In this class, learners will explore basic game mechanics in Roblox, with a focus on navigating obstacles, problem-solving, and teamwork. They will also gain familiarity with Roblox controls and in-game strategies, perfect for beginners. What topics will be covered? Basic Roblox gameplay mechanics How to navigate obstacles and barriers Problem-solving in a haunted house environment Halloween-themed game design Introduction to teamwork and strategy in gaming How is your class structured? The class begins with a short introduction to the game and its objectives, followed by gameplay where students explore the haunted house and work to escape. The session ends with a discussion and review of strategies used during the game. How will we teach? I'll guide students through the game using live gameplay demonstrations, offering tips and explanations as they progress. The class will be interactive, allowing students to actively participate and ask questions throughout. Our teaching style? My teaching style is interactive and student-centered. I combine fun with learning by creating a spooky atmosphere that keeps students engaged while teaching valuable gaming skills. I’ll encourage teamwork and problem-solving in a supportive environment. How much will learners get to interact with you? Learners will interact with me throughout the class. I’ll provide live guidance during gameplay, answer questions, and offer tips for overcoming obstacles. There will also be discussions after each major challenge to reflect on their experiences.
