In this 1:1 Spanish class, your learner will review, learn, and practice basic Spanish conversational skills related to describing themselves and their interests, including: introducing themselves, their age, birthday, hobbies, and other related topics. Throughout the lesson, your learner will be encouraged to both ask and answer questions about these topics in complete sentences using correct grammar and pronunciation. Students will review, learn, and practice: introducing themselves, their age, birthday, hobbies, and other related topics. Depending on the learner's prior knowledge of Spanish, I will adapt the class so that they are both reviewing and learning some new material.
I passed the Spanish Praxis exam required to teach Spanish in Maryland and taught middle school Spanish for 2 years. Also, I have formally worked as a Spanish interpreter to interpret parent-teacher conferences and have tutored Spanish in-person and online for several years.
