🌟Welcome to Iguana Learn Inc.'s Language Adventure! 🚀 In our ongoing classes, children will embark on an exciting journey of language exploration while having loads of fun.

But that's not all! Every week, in addition to language learning, we'll touch on various subjects, including math ➕➖✖️➗, Hispanic heritage 🌎🎉, emotional intelligence 💭💖, and science 🔬🌱, enriching the learning experience and fostering a well-rounded education. 

Each session is designed to be 30 minutes long, providing a perfect balance of structured learning and free exploration. We use a mix of body language, visual aids, and interactive prompts to engage your child and encourage active participation. 

🌟What is it like to take a class with Iguana Learn?
Welcome to a happy place! Our teaching style is dynamic and easy to follow. Our aim is to provide ALL students ample opportunity to speak and repeat Spanish terms. The class will be visually appealing and engaging. Our goal is to CONNECT with your child and build up his or her confidence.

🌟How will the class be taught?
The class will be taught using body language to illustrate vocabulary. We like to model the language for children and make slight corrections using positive reinforcements. Your child will be presented the opportunity to join the conversation through various prompts. Learners will practice their language skills with other learners and engage in Community learning. 

🌟Our Teaching Philosophy:
We use the Comprehensible Input approach to teach this Spanish Immersion class. Comprehensible input is language input that can be understood by listeners despite them not understanding all the words and structures in it. According to Krashen's theory of language acquisition, giving learners this kind of input helps them acquire language naturally, rather than learn it consciously.

🌟What will be taught?
In our immersive teaching format, each 4-week unit offers a vibrant blend of interactive activities designed to develop and practice various language skills while exploring exciting themes. Students will engage with thematic vocabulary, practice grammar structures, participate in speaking and listening exercises, and enhance reading comprehension through age-appropriate texts. Cultural infusion is a key component, allowing students to immerse themselves in the cultural aspects of each theme. Maintaining a 100% Spanish immersion environment, students will not only learn the language but also develop a deeper connection with its cultural context. Through dynamic and engaging sessions, we ensure that learning Spanish is not only educational but also a fun and enriching experience. 

Our ultimate goal is to empower children to overcome any fear of speaking Spanish and equip them with the confidence and skills to communicate fluently.
