Students will learn the definition of leadership and will break down the meaning of the word and how to further learn the details needed to be better leaders themselves. By the use of examples in sports, students will see multiple perspectives and hear of tactics used by sports leaders. The class will include open dialogue to address specific questions and get a variety of responses from students. The importance of understanding everyone's unique perspectives is stressed in order to maximize learning. The class will go in order of my prepared presentation with one stop break halfway. The presentation will be light lecture based with interactive questions and discussions built in, There is no prerequisite for taking this course.
