Before TikTok dance challenges, there was the up-rock, top-rock and six-step! Our BEAT Breakers winter program is incredibly energetic and interactive as it teaches the fundamentals of breakin’ and street dance styles iconic around the world. Students will learn the history of Hip Hop movements, how to improve physical and mental health, how to better understand their body language and how to build self-confidence and engage in group activities. In each session students will learn new moves and routines.
We ask that all students wear comfortable clothing such as gym shorts/sweatpants/leggings, a t-shirt and sneakers you can dance in.
