課堂經歷

In This Basketball Camp we will learn the basic fundamentals of Dribbling Rt/Lft Hand, Waist High Dribble, Low Dribble, Cross over Dribble, Stop and go Dribble. We will also learn the proper technique for Free Throws. This class will go 30 minutes Monday - Friday and will be an active participation Class.
Class will be a practice type format with repetition drills done daily.
We will practice our Dribble skills daily to improve on them, and proper technique for Free Throws which is a vital component of the game.
Players will need a Basketball (but Not required) water bottle for breaks.
