Welcome to cheer! If you have a student who loves to dance, jump around and cheer, well this class is for them! In this course students will learn the basic motions of cheerleading. We will start with me showing them the motions. They will then try them out on their own. I will walk them through motion corrections as well. Students are given mini dance breaks between each activity. Every child will learn 1-2 cheerS after we cover all of the motions. The cheers will include the motions that the students learned prior to the cheer. Students will perform the cheer at the end of the class. Every student will need an open space that they can stand up and move around in. I look forward to seeing you in class!
