課堂經歷
In this multiday, 45-minute class, we will complete 10 various ballet exercises to work technique. For exercises, dancers will need a chair or steady surface to hold onto during completion. Students are required to wear either ballet shoes or dance shoes to make the articulation of the feet easier. Form-fitting outfits are beneficial for teacher correction on posturing throughout the exercises. Hair must be pulled back in a pony-tail or bun. The teacher will provide music for the exercises and teach the exercises through demonstration. Week One: warm-up of feet articulation, plies, tondues, battement, rondejon, extensions in develope, and petite allegro combination Week Two: warm-up of feet articulation, plies, tondues, battement, adagio combination, and turning balance sequences. Week Three: warm-up of feet articulation, plies, tondues, battement, frappe, balances for pirouettes Week Four: Floor Barre focused on extensions in develope, tondues, stretching, posse turnout Open space is required for this class due to the wide space required of the exercise movement. Parental guidance is required for this class due to potential injury from exercise completion. Water is beneficial and required for hydration throughout the class. The teacher has an extensive dance history of 24 years of ballet classes and performed numerous ballet dances in various venues.

Parental guidance is recommended due to the physical nature of this class. Open space and water are required. Ballet shoes are recommended, however not required.
