This will be a fun day of Ballet where we focus on Ballet technique. We will have a whole Ballet class including barre, center and across the floor. We will break down technique so students attain a better understanding on how to achieve their goals. We will work a lot on a variety turns and jumps, as well as balance, flexibility and alignment. We will also cater to each students needs during this class to help each student leave with confidence. This is a day meant for you. Set your own...

I have my Bachelor of Arts degree in dance from the University of NH. I have been teaching dancers for over 16 years, and have my own successful dance studio that has been in business for over 6 years. I have both National and International teaching experience. Occasionally injuries do occur when dancing. They are rare, but can happen when participating in physical activity. I carefully guide, assist, coach and watch during the activity to help prevent any injury.
