Students will learn through observing the teacher and physically participating. The teacher will provide feedback throughout the lesson while the student is engaging in the exercise. The student can raise their hand and ask questions to the teacher between each exercise. Class will include a 5 minute introduction into what we will be learning today, 30 minute ballet barre, a 5 minute stretch, a 15 minute ballet center, and a 5 minute Q&A with the teacher to recap what they learned that day in...
Students will be able to demonstrate the basic 5 ballet arms and feet position. Students will be able to recognize the ballet barre procedural structure.
I am a Licensed General Education Teacher and Professional Contemporary Dancer. I have taken ballet classes for the past 21 years and have experience implementing my teaching knowledge in Ballet Classes for 9-11 years old.
