In this class we will learn to make some delicious blueberry scones! We will start class with some brief introductions, talk about our favorite recipes and the supplies we will be using. Then I will lead the class through the recipe step by step as we all make our scones. For this class, student will need a bowl and pastry cutter or fork to mix with. They will also need at least one baking sheet, parchment paper, a large knife, a pastry brush, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, butter, egg,...

They will also need at least one baking sheet, parchment paper, a large knife, a pastry brush, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, butter, egg, vanilla, frozen blueberries (fresh will work but frozen is best), heavy whipping cream, and coarse white sugar for decorating (sugar sprinkles or regular sugar will work if you don't have coarse sugar).
