In this class, students will learn about the parts of a plant, the purpose of plants, and how plants function. They will use arts and craft supplies to create a flower from pistil to the roots. Students will receive the template for the flower parts which are to be cut out prior to class. Parental guidance is required when the students is using scissors and cutting out the flower parts. Template of Plant - supplied by teacher. Please cut out parts prior to class. White Paper or Colored Paper to print out the plant parts. 8 1/2 x 11 White Paper to glue the flower parts on. This will be conducted during class. Crayons Colored Pencils Glue or Glue Stick Scissors Pencil with Eraser
