There are no live meetings for this course; rather, students learn independently from interactive video lectures on Edpuzzle, instructional art videos, and museum websites for kids. Students will art making techniques in drawing, painting, collage, and sculpture. Students will learn about the work of artists from around the world. Students will create artwork using their own ideas. Students will be familiar with a variety of science concepts.
I am a certified Visual Arts teacher in Virginia (USA), and have over 20 years of art-teaching experience, from ages 4 to 18. As a practicing artist, I have work in private and corporate collections here in the US. I have been teaching art on Outschool since 2020.
