The class will start out with short introductions. There will be a directed drawing of an Owl. The teacher will model the steps. Students will be encouraged to add their own unique details and create a background. Students will be encouraged to share their drawing and describe it. This project is best done with a variety of art materials such as crayons, colored pencils or markers. Students are encouraged to bring whatever materials they have on hand. No prior knowledge of art techniques...
Students will complete a directed drawing of an Owl. Students will learn Art vocabulary. Students will learn a mixed media art technique.
I have a K-12 Multiple Subject Credential. I also have a teaching credential in Art. I have a Masters in Education. I have been teaching for over twenty years.
