- Students will implement my 7 Step Plan for a successful and more happy life. This class will teach students achievable goal setting, accountability, the power of breath work and meditation for calming the mind and body and will also have better focus and concentration.
I have been blessed to take thousands of hours of self improvement classes through many well know self-development coaches which include Tony Robbins, Grant Carson, Eric Ho, Robin Sharma and many many more. I have studied to become a certified yoga instructor and have practised yoga for over 10 years. I have compressed over 10,000 hours of study time into a 12 hour program to help my students climb this success ladder without all the hurdles I faced. I am a true testament to my word as I have achieved countless goals and keep myself laser focused with the same daily morning routine. Hope to see you soon!

Homework
頻率: Available upon request回饋: Available upon request細節: Students are encouraged to continue this morning routine daily while not in class. Daily consistency will help to create an automatic morning routine, once implemented for a minimum of 66 days. Students are expected to keep up with the homework each week. If a student misses a class they are expected to watch the recorded video and if they have any questions then to reach out to me. It is imperative that the student stays up-to-date with their work for successful completion of the program.Assessment

potential hazards (including, but not limited to, needing an open workout space, proper footwear, a water bottle if needed, and adequate stretching beforehand) as well as injuries that can occur if not properly supervised. We do stretching and light exercise such as yoga poses.
Students will need access to the Internet as they will need to be able to print off photos, inspirational words, I threefold cardboard or a cork board with post it notes. We will also be doing other assignments and Most of the materials need it you’ll be able to find around your home such as rocks that we are going to be painting and doing an assignment.
