I will instruct this course through my whiteboard, where I will teach students how to write and read Arabic. I have also prepared a PowerPoint presentation to help students pronounce the Arabic letters and become familiar with the Arabic language and its history. On the later sessions I will go over Grammar, Composition, and comprehension. Hence students will be able to read and write Arabic in the proper way. 

As the importance of the Arabic language is expanding, I thought it would be a great idea to share my advanced Arabic language fluency with the western world. Arabic is a beautiful language which is commonly used by over 20 countries. Learning a new language opens new doors for an individual to discover the mystery behind it. 

I'm a native Arabic speaker. I have biological roots in Egypt. That was one of the reasons that allowed me to live in Egypt for almost a decade during my teenage years. When I lived there, I was fully immersed in the Egyptian culture, and practiced much of the Egyptian tradition. I expanded my learning by attending schools there and by reading so many books in Arabic including the Quran (Sacred book to Muslims). The Arabic language has been a strong skill of mine, but knowing English makes it stronger because I'm able to offer it to English speakers simply.


Session 1: I will demonstrate a brief introduction to Arabic Language history and its influence in the world. Then I will start teaching students the Arabic alphabets. I will teach students how to pronounce and write the letters

Session 2: I will teach students how to connect the letters and will go over the first grammar lesson "Arabic Vowels".  At the end of the session, I will teach students new Arabic vocabularies.

Session 3: I will start the session by reviewing the vocabularies from the previous session and I will teach them how to combine words and make phrases. Then, I will demonstrate the 2nd lesson on grammar "Arabic Articles & Nouns". At the end of the session, I will give students new vocabularies to study.

Session 4: I will start the session by reviewing the words from the previous session and I will introduce them to "Arabic Greeting phrases". Then, I will demonstrate the 3rd lesson on Grammar "Pronouns & Masculine/Feminine nouns". At the end of the session, I will give students new vocabularies to study.

Session 5: I will start the session by reviewing the words from the previous session and I will introduce them to "Dialogue". Then, I will demonstrate the 4th lesson on Grammar "Commonly used Verbs". Finally, I will give students new words to study.

Session 6: I will start the session by reviewing the vocabularies from the previous session and I will introduce them to "constructing sentences". Then, I will demonstrate the 5th lesson on Grammar "Verb Tense". Finally, I will give students new words to study.

Session 7: I will start the session by reviewing vocabularies from the previous session. Then I will go over the final grammar lesson "Conjunctions". After students have learned basic grammar and words, they will be able to make sentences with my guidance. I will grant each student the opportunity to write few sentences about a topic. On this session, I will focus on allowing the students apply what they have learned. so, I will share an Arabic passage with learners, and ask questions about the passage 

Session 8: We will review all the vocabularies of the previous sessions. Then, I will share a passage with students and will allow students to read it aloud with me, then we will answer questions about it. Students will be able to Introduce themselves in Arabic. On the final session, students will be able to comprehend/read/write basic Arabic, and will be prepared to go to the next level of language proficiency.
