In this interactive class, learners will have the opportunity to explore, create, and receive teacher support and coaching while designing in Canva graphic design program. Canva has become an essential program for designing professional-looking presentations, short videos, and more! Learners will build graphic design skills including an effective arrangement of text and images; choosing fonts, colors, photos, and clip art that suit the style and purpose of a design; and adding elements of animation to their designs to help tell a story. During the class session, learners will have the opportunity to work on a Canva task/project using a poem/short story and share their design with the class if they choose to do so.
