Don't make a noise! Let's get down low and hold your binoculars real close to your eyes! What do you see? Did the creature see you? Were they fast? Are they as big as you imagined? What's that sound they are making? In this ongoing class, students will be able to research and label some animals that may live in the jungle, rainforest, ocean water and our homes. Students will be able to demonstrate some strange sounds that these animals may make. The students will investigate a different animal every week. You have the choice to join us for one class, a few classes or stay with us for the whole time and create your own homemade " BEAST BINDER" ! We will have lectures, visit zoos, have fun playing games, watch a live cam video, draw a picture and possibly do a scavenger hunt! We can't forget about learning some "fun facts" of each animal and possibly adding a respectable and fun debate with one of your friends enrolled in this class! For example, "Is this animal REALLY extinct"? Some say they are and yet others do not believe it! Will we ever really know? Students will be given the chance to learn about a certain (teacher/parent approved) animal for the following weeks! Animals: Class 1 - Fox- Where do they live? Class 2- Lions- Where can you find them? Class 3- Kangaroos- How big are they? Class 4-Sharks-What ocean waters can you find them? Do they bite humans? Class 5 - Penguins- Do they really need to live in the cold? Class 6- Dogs- What's your favorite dog? Bring your dog to class day! :) Class 7- Whales- Have you ever seen a real one? Class 8-Tarantula- Are they poisonous? Class 9- Mosquitoes- Did you put spray on to protect yourself? Class 10-Arctic Reindeer Class 11- Monkeys Class 12- Koala Class 13-Grizzly Bears Class 14-Horses Class 15- Cats

My name is Julianna Moore and I am a NJ State Certified teacher (K-8 th Grade). I have taught for many years and now excited to take it to another level and begin my journey teaching online.
My approach to learning is to be patient, supportive, and answer all of my students questions. My job is to open your child's mind and for your child to learn as much as they can in the short time they are with me in class. I am to provide them a safe and positive environment while discussing important subjects.
I am married with 4 children and have a big Black Lab name Marley who you can meet if you would like. :)
