  • Mindfulness Techniques: Students will practice various mindfulness techniques such as breathing exercises, body scans, and guided visualizations to help them relax, stay focused, and be present in the moment.
  • Stress Management: Students will develop skills to manage stress and anxiety through mindfulness practices, helping them to stay calm and composed in challenging situations.
As a certified social emotional learning (SEL) trainer and yoga teacher with over ten years of experience, I have successfully guided children in developing emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and stress management skills. I also hold a Master’s degree in Education. My expertise ensures that each session is engaging, supportive, and tailored to the needs of young learners, helping them cultivate mindfulness and creativity in a fun and interactive environment.
Please ensure that your child has an open workout space free from obstacles and a comfortable, non-slip surface like a yoga mat or blanket to prevent any injuries. Children can participate barefoot or wear grip socks to ensure proper footing. It is important that your child can follow simple directions to ensure they can follow along and safely enjoy the class.
