Does your learner love animals? Me too! As a preschool/pre-k teacher with a master’s degree in animal behavior, I am uniquely qualified to teach this class.

Students will learn about different animals each week through engaging children’s fiction/non-fiction literature (allowing them to gain invaluable early literacy skills). Depending on the featured animals, virtual field trips to the zoo may be taken or short supplemental videos supplied. Relevant cloring projects will also be provided each week.

Students will have the opportunity to engage with the teacher and other students throughout the class. Participation in group discussions is highly encouraged, but this is also a welcoming class for students that prefer to listen.
