In this ongoing social group for girls, we will get together in a comfortable setting to play Among Us. Every week for 55 minutes, we will gather together and log into a private room created by the teacher. This will allow us to be able to play the game we all love in a safe place with new and old friends alike. We will discuss strategies of being both the crewmember and imposter and what that looks like. 
I have found that playing this game with the ability to talk to each other throughout makes for a very rich and exciting experience. My hope for this class is for every girl to have a ton of fun in class, and to also leave feeling as though they have made a new friend. You do not have to have experience playing the game. As long as you just want to have a lot of fun and make new friends, you're perfect for this group.

During the 55- minutes together, I too will be playing the game along with the girls. This will allow me to be present to regulate what is happening in both space- the classroom, and the game. 
I will also be here to ensure that everyone stays respectful and appropriate with another. I will not tolerate any inappropriate behavior or bullying in my class. We are here to have fun and play a really fun game in a safe place. 

I encourage the use of two devices for this class, though it is not required. I would like to have the girls be able to see one another while they play- this will help with the community feeling of the class.
