In progress or completion of ABC Fingerspelling Fundamentals or ASL 1 and beyond. Ideas of topics to review and practice putting signs into constructive communication with teacher. During this course students could practice: *The Alphabet *Correct hand placement and movement *Colors *Days of the Week *Months of the Year *Seasons *Animals *Food *Emotions *Family *Places *Clothing *Time *Extended Conversations *Count to 100 for ASL 1 and 1 to 1000 for current or completed ASL 2 students *Non-Manual Markers

I am a hearing teacher with a strong connection in the Deaf community. I am a member of the American Sign Language Teachers Association. I enjoy supporting others in their ASL journey by using my own experiences that I have acquired over the years.
I enjoy teaching all ages. HS ASL teacher with experience teaching sessions to Elementary students and adults with a variety of disabilities. 7+ years college level interpreting and tutoring that have helped me acquire knowledge not found in books.
