初學者美國手語 (ASL) 每週兩次（11-16 歲）

I will use flashcards to teach the ASL alphabet.  You will learn how to spell your first name, foods, family, clothes, environment, nature, colors, and more in ASL!  If there are any other words you would like to know, just let me know and I can teach you.  

Homework is not required, and there are no tests or exams. Let's have fun and learn some ASL! 

Meeting 1: ASL Alphabet - learners will sign along with me as we learn the ASL alphabet!  

Meeting 2: Fruits and vegetables - using signs and flashcards, learners will practice the signs for some of their favorite foods.

Meeting 3: Family words: learners will practice the words for mom, dad, aunt, uncle, sister, brother, cousin, and more!

Meeting 4: Colors - we will use crayons and signing to learn the signs for colors

Meeting 5: Seasons - Winter, summer, spring, and fall

Meeting 6: Flashcard

Meeting 7: Review from One Day

Meeting 8: Storytelling 


***IMPORTANT NOTE*** Sign language is visual, very visual. I encourage the students to have their cameras on so I could see their hands and help them to order each sign correctly. I will be asking you for the verification on the first day before class start.
