In this class we will learn American Football. We will learn the basic foundation of American Football: Offense, Defense, and Special Teams. It will be one class that is twelve minutes that covers formations, personnel, stances, and routes. I teach this through video with pictures to show formations and stances. This course will discuss on a beginner lever the purpose of offense and the positions on offense. We will discuss the purpose and position for defense and special teams too. We will look at some of the common formations seen throughout the sport of American Football on offense, defense, and special teams.
