Learners will come out of the camp with a wider understanding of different types of leadership and persuasion skills. Specific learning outcomes include:
- Practice outcome based thinking.
- Learning how to ask meaningful questions. 
- Basing strategy on feedback from stakeholders. 
- Collaborating with others to move towards a shared goal.
- Development of oral communication and self-management.  
- Respectfully listening to the opinion of others and agreeing to a consensus decision when appropriate.
