課堂經歷

- Students will be able to prop their leg up higher off the ground when they are stretching their splits. 
- Students will be able to shorten the distance between their hands and feet while bending their spine backwards. 
I've trained in rhythmic gymnastics for 15 years with an Olympic coach. I've also been teaching stretching classes for 3 years now, helping the inflexible become flexible! 
Students are required to have an open workout space, wear socks or dance shoes, wear tight clothing that does not hang off the body, have a water bottle nearby, and do adequate stretching beforehand. Injuries may occur if students are not properly supervised, so please take the necessary precautions to make sure your child is away from hard/sharp objects. Using a gymnastics mat is recommended.
