Join my Acrylic Painting Club, where creative kids aged 9-14 can explore their artistic talents in weekly small group art classes. Each session, young artists will draw and paint with acrylic paint, diving into a new theme such as landscape, portrait, animal, flower, cartoon character, and food art. - The goal of this class is to provide a step-by-step lesson in drawing and painting with acrylic paint. By exploring a new theme each week, learners will develop their artistic skills and creativity.
Over 16+ years experience as an art educator and artist.
Kids can use any size of stretched canvas, panels, or papers, and any brand of acrylic colors. It's good to start with canvas paper or an 8x10 inches canvas. For beginners, Apple Barrel paints are recommended as they are cost-effective. They should have at least these paints: primary blue, primary red, violet, yellow, black, and titanium white. Additionally, they will need brushes (liner, medium, large), a water container, paper towels, and a palette.
