In my class, learners will be introduced to division (1 or 2 digit divided 1 digit) and how to divide using equal groups. Learners will make equal groups using M&Ms or any other same sized objects you have around your house (cereal, macaroni noodles, beans, skittles...) I do not have activities specific to M&Ms. We will talk about what division is and I will teach how to set up and use equal groups with my own M&Ms and slides to solve a multiplication problem. Students will then work...

I do not have activities specific to M&Ms. Several pieces of paper and a marker(shows up better on camera) or whiteboard and marker to draw our equal groups.
