Young learners will have FUN building the foundations of sentence and paragraph writing in this class! 

Each Lesson:
✔️focuses on a topic or theme
✔️work step-by-step through writing sentences and a short paragraph
✔️include a word bank to support learners with spelling
✔️encourage writers to be creative with their ideas
✔️provides a short drawing tutorial so writers can illustrate their paragraph

Learners will love building a writing and art portfolio, writing stories and opinions to complement their drawings, and practicing reading—all while having a great time! 


📣This class has a maximum of 7 learners for the teacher to be able to provide extensive, specific, and individualized feedback after EVERY class to EVERY learner.

Each week's topic could be based on something that happens around that time of year.

*Leaves of Learning Academy is an organization on Outschool with about 18 teachers. Occasionally, the teacher for this class may not be able to teach and a substitute teacher from the organization will take her place. Only teachers trained to teach this class will serve as a possible substitute for the class. A message will be posted in the Outschool classroom before the class takes place in the event a substitute will be teaching. I am happy to offer a refund to any learner who prefers not to attend the class with a substitute. Please send a message through Outschool in that event and I will issue a refund. Thank you!
