We will be discussing each court case as a class. Students will be expected to identify what exactly their rights are as outlined by the court case and to decide whether they agree or disagree with the court ruling. If students desire a letter grade, I can send a worksheet upon request that follows the material we will be discussing, which I can then grade upon completion.
