1. Understanding Positive and Negative Numbers on the Number Line
2. Order and Absolute Value
3. Rational Numbers and the Coordinate Plane

Students will receive an assignment in class that we will begin working on after the lesson. If students do not complete the assignment, they will be required to complete it after class.

We will have pre-tests and post-tests before and after each unit to see where students are at so lessons can be differentiated as needed. They will receive a progress report every other week and a report card every 9 weeks to show growth. The progress reports and report cards will have letter grades on them. If your child continues with me throughout the courses that I have, their grades will build upon each other.
