This course is the 1st semester of an entire school year course (see syllabus below). Prior to this course students should be confident in adding, subtraction, multiplication, and division. They should also have worked with adding and subtracting fractions, decimals, and basic geometry.
Class Structure - I provide each student with their own copy of a Google Slides presentation. This is where they will complete their work during class and homework. Students must...Students will learn and gain confidence in their abilities with 6th grade math skills.

This class uses Kahoot! as an outside resource. It will be used as a class review and reward. Students do NOT need to register or sign up to use Kahoot! They will be given a code that is unique to our session for every game we play. If you have any questions or concerns, please, let me know. This class uses Google Slides. Students do have to have access to an unblocked Google account. Students that use school owned Chromebooks may need to use an alternate device to use the Slides. If you have any questions or concerns, please, let me know and I can work with you.
