I will provide 5-10 example problems for homework after each class. This is voluntary and will be reviewed at the beginning of the next class. If a student is struggling, they can post their concerns on the classroom wall for more clarification. Homework should not take more than 15 minutes per assignment.提供的評估
I will assess students in class based on their participation and homework (if they do their homework). Students will also have occasional quizzes. I will also provide a feedback report on each student at the end of the course. Please let me know if you would like a letter grade for this class.提供的成績
Students need to have taken 5th grade math or have been tested on a 6th grade level.
Students should have a math journal to keep their notes in and solve example problems. I would also like them to have a small marker board and/or some sheet protectors, along with some dry erase markers. This will be beneficial to class participation.
