Hey there! My primary goal is to empower my learners to confidently tackle math independently, fostering a deep understanding of various concepts. Whether we're exploring algebra, geometry, number theory, statistics, or calculus, I'm well-versed in a range of mathematics standards, including IGCSE (Cambridge), the US school system, Australian standard maths, and Singapore maths. In our sessions, I prioritize hands-on learning through word problems, making the math experience more engaging and applicable to real-life situations. To reinforce your understanding, I provide homework and practice questions at the end of each session. Your progress is crucial to me, so I conduct regular evaluations of your submitted work, creating a closed-chain feedback system to fine-tune your skills and build a solid foundation. Hi there,
A Telecommunication Engineer turned into a Maths teacher here, following my passion and heart!! Being mom of 2 school going children, I always feel that learning Math should be a thought provoking group discussion. Child should be engaged in a way that Math starts making sense to him/her.
I had been a Master Tutor for Math at University of Texas at Arlington from 2004 to 2005, while I was pursuing my Masters of Science - Electrical Engineering with focus in Wireless Engineering. At UTA, I was awarded title of Master Tutor after having taught for 500 + hours and completing Level 1 to Level 3 Tutor's training.
