課堂經歷
In this 5 week course (5 Days Summer Camp for the section Starting on Aug 1st), we will learn step by step cat inspired kawaii artworks. We will start each class with a brief greeting for our learners. After, we will start by sketching out the main shapes of our items with our pencils. This is where we will tweak with the page layout and proportions. We will then add in details for our illustration, followed by outlining it with black marker. We will learn how to add shadows using the hatching technique. We will finish our artworks by colouring it with the medium of our choice. Learners are encouraged to show their works on camera so I can give each learner individualized suggestions on their creations. Schedule of the Week For Aug 1-Aug 5th : Week 1 "Cat-fee": We will draw a cup of cat-fee along with a tea spoon, and sugar cubes. Week 2 "Capioca": We will draw a delicious cup of boba tea with cat shaped tapioca balls. Week 3 Cat Toast : We will draw cat shaped toasts with 4 different types of toppings - eggs, fruits, avocados, and bacon strips. Week 4 Cat Chocolate : We will draw a bar of chocolate cats along with strawberry cats. Week 5 "Cat-us": We will draw 3 planter pots and cat inspired cacti and a snake plant.

I have a Bachelors both in Music Performance and Music Education. I also hold a post graduate diploma in Exploring Arts Education.
Currently, I'm the elementary school music teacher, which means I get to teach music to everyone in the school, working with around 430 students per week! I love how I get the privilege to watch so many learners grow as we go through the school year together. I like to incorporate various aspects of arts into my classes, such as painting and dancing, to create a more well rounded experience for my students. My classes are fun and energetic. I always try my best to make personal connections with my students. I feel that students learn best when they feel safe, relaxed and are trusting of the adults in their learning environments.
Aside from teaching in the schools, I am a freelance potter and artist. I specialize in ceramic and fibre arts, such as needle-felting, knitting and crocheting. I also like to paint and doodle my ideas into my sketch books. I sell my works both online and at local craft fairs.
I don't have any pets or children, but I do have 200 house plants that I water every week! My favourite plant is a Monstera named "Freddy". I am a big fan of Studio Ghibli movies and I like spending my free time watching anime and how-to videos.
