This class meets once a week and is ongoing, each class teaches 16 words from the 4th grade vocabulary common core list and each class is different. Learners may drop in/out as they wish. Using the weekly class breakdown below you may choose to enrol in the specific classes your learner needs. Each week we will use 16 words from the 4th grade spelling and vocabulary list in their phonetic word groups as listed below, this class has a 38 week cycle. Each week BINGO cards, 20 in total, will be posted to the classroom page. Learners will need to select two at random and print these out, this way learners will most likely all have different BINGO cards. We will have two games of BINGO using our words of the week, the calling prompt will be the definition of the word. In this way learners will learn dictionary definitions and the spelling of the word. Learners will also practice using the words in a sentence of their own.
