This course will challenge students on their knowledge of grammar, vocabulary, reading, and math. This 45-minute class will allow students to use their knowledge of third-grade skills in English Language Arts and Mathematics while enjoying a friendly competitive environment. Through the classic game of jeopardy, learners will be able to interact and collaborate with their peers as they are put on teams. It is recommended that the student has completed some third-grade curriculum prior to enrolling in this course.

Hello,
My name is Miss Lenz, I have a Master’s in Education, and am a certified K-6 teacher in California, Oregon, and Florida. I have experience teaching both third and fourth grade, and am currently a full time third grade teacher. My classes will offer 2-4 grade math content, as well as comprehension strategies for reading. My strategy for teaching is that everyone learns at their own pace, and I want to offer students differentiated strategies for all content. This way, students can learn what is best for them!
