三年級與四年級：寫作奇才第 1 部分

This is part 1 of 4 of an intensive writing course that will take your student through an entire school year exploring narative, formal letters, descriptions, how-to articles, persuasive writing, creative writing and expository writing in a small group setting. Class will include instruction in the various types of writing, writing process from brainstorming to publishing. In this first part of the course, students will learn how to write personal narratives using the complete writing process of brainstorming, rough draft, revision, editing and publication. An opportunity to practice public speaking skills will given at the end of each writing project. Student participation is an integral part of this course and teacher will encourage each student to share their ideas with their classmates.  After students share their personal narrative project, peers in the class will have opportunity to share what they liked about each presentation in positive feedback.  Teacher will work closely with students to help them improve their writing skills.   The 28 week class is divided into  4 parts and this class offering is for students who wish to take a writing class once a week. It is eligible for  the option of paying weekly .
