3-Week Summer Camp Writing Basics (Paragraph Writing) 
3주 초등 라이팅 기본반 (문단 만들기)   

If you're looking for a summer class to improve your child's writing skills, this is the one! This is a great starter + exposure class for all growing writers to start developing more organized  writing pieces.

Students will engage in 1) brainstorming, 2) sharing & organizing, and 3) writing process. In each class, students will be given a writing prompt with key vocabularies and phrases.

Day 1: brainstorm, share & organize your thoughts, and write a topic sentence
Day 2: continue writing (supporting & concluding sentence)

Using the Hamburger paragraph writing strategy, students will learn to independently organize their thoughts using tools like graphic organizers and develop an organized paragraph.

The class will end with the sharing of student's own work; however, due to limited time, not all students have enough time to finish the work. That's alright! Please encourage your child to continue the work after class ends. All students are encouraged to share but if anyone does not want to, that is completely alright as well.
