2 天 1-2-1 如何了解您的價值並為您的工作定價 - 您的價值是多少？

In this course we will focus on how to value ourselves, understand why this is important for both our personal and professional lives, and then learn how to apply this skill to create a successful career by pricing our work properly. 

In the first class, we will :

•	Meet our Inner Critics and learn how to conquer them. 
•	Learn how to be kinder to ourselves and understand why this is important. 
•	Practise fun ways to build our confidence, so we can make positive changes in our lives.
•	Discuss our dreams and use them to set goals for a fulfilling career. 

Our second class will get us thinking about the world of work and our future careers. Using the career goals we set ourselves in the first class, we will:

•	Examine the differences between product and services businesses. 
•	Understand the basic principles of pricing work (cost-based versus value based pricing). 
•	Learn about Unique Selling Points, how to identify and communicate them. 
•	Understand the importance of valuing ourselves to price our work.

The class will be delivered in a seminar format with a mixture of short video clips, open questions and discussions, and material delivered as short lectures. The dream / goal setting exercise will be started during class as a discussion and completed by students at home before the second session.

*Please be aware I try to teach all of my classes, to at least 2 students as I feel it provides a better teaching and learning experience. If the minimum amount of students is not reached 24 hours before the start of the course, students will be moved to the next available section at a similar time.

*Once a learner has been verified per OS policy, this is a camera optional class.
