During this 12-week course, we'll cover the essentials of pre-algebra. We'll review essential number sense and basic math as well as geometry and graphing. We'll cover the tools and vocabulary of algebra and learn to use integers, variables, and formulas to solve problems. We will meet twice each week. Each class will be a mix of lecture and sample questions. Pre-algebra is a good choice for students who need a bridge or transition course between their elementary or middle school math...
Learners will finish the course with a deeper understanding of the number sense and algebraic tools they'll need to succeed in Algebra 1 and beyond.

Some example problems will come from a variety of math textbooks.
