In this One-Time class learners will read go through a list of ways to be more aware of their own actions and how it is important to take responsibility for ourself. A clinical psychologist wrote a book and we will review a brief re-cap of each "rule" as they are referred to in the book. We won't be reading this book but will have an overview of all 12 "rules". These are not really "rules" but suggestions and we will analyze each one as learners have an open forum to talk about them. I...
Each learner will learn about being more self-aware and responsible for their own actions and how what they do can effect themselves and others. We will touch base on the book's author and his professional background as a clinical psychologist turned into author turned into public speaker. Each learner is encouraged to write a 13th "rule" as we analyze the list by thinking about what they think is important about being responsible and self-aware.
My teaching experience is broad as I have been lucky enough to teach what I love the most- wellness and a healthy lifestyle. My initial training comes from (my own health journey) where from the young ages of 15-20 years old, I struggled with my self-confidence, body image and being a healthy person. After being able to self-heal my mental and emotional challenges I began formal education. I focused on the anatomy and physiology in a sports massage program and became Licensed in two states. The following are my trainings, Masters Degree and certifications as I have 2000 hours in training clients and students in the field of wellness and fitness. I had my own private business in CA, Aspen and Nashville both seeing clients and students in-person and online/phone. -Nationally Board Certified as a Holistic Health Counselor HHC -Certified Holistic Nutritionist -Certified Personal Trainer -Certified Yoga Instructor -Masters Degree in Holistic Nutrition and Psychological Coaching -Licensed Anatomical and Physiological Sports Massage Therapist

The book rules will be discussed but we will not be reading the book. Comprehension of each rule, suggestion for another (13th) rule and conversation on personal self-awareness is our aim.
