If you are using an iPad for this class, you will need access to a graphics stylus or pen, such as the iPencil. If you are using Mac or PC, you will find it easier to manipulate lines and shapes if you have access to a graphics tablet with pen or stylus, (there are many inexpensive drawing tablets available such as the WACOM™ tablet). If you prefer to use a graphics tablet you will need to ensure that it is compatible with Affinity Designer™ and that it is installed before the start of class.

Parents please note:
Affinity Designer™ is a complex but exciting drawing package – students will need to have realistic expectations about their level of achievement in one session. They are welcome to use the classroom messaging system for further guidance if needed after the class. Students will need access to different device or screen to the one they are working on so that they can watch the teacher demonstration.

If students wish to continue to build on their skills, they can choose to book additional sessions which can be tailored to their individual needs. Please do message me via the Outschool classroom for further information or to book another session.

The class uses the Affinity Designer™ app for iPad, PC or MAC.
