In this course, students will design their own fantasy hero to play in our custom RPG class, 'Trolls, Text, and Treasures!' Characters will be created in class using the free character creator software, 'Hero Forge'. After their custom character is created, we will work together to develop their skill sheet and a basic backstory for their character prior to our campaign. I have been teaching reading, vocabulary, and speaking to English language learners and young native speakers for the last several years. I excel at making this material both fun and challenging for everyone and I always adjust materials and learning levels as needed for students in class so that they never feel overwhelmed. Learning should be fun, and that's my expertise!

No third-party software tools are necessary for students in this course. All materials are screenshared during the lesson through Google slides, so your student only needs to attend class and be ready to learn!
