In this ongoing 1:1 tutoring course, learners will gain foundational skills for reading and literacy. After a short, but comprehensive assessment, each lesson will provide new skills your learner needs, and provide opportunities to practice those that they've already learned to continue growing as a reader.  Using a collection of resources from my 10 years of teaching, my self-created curriculum address letter names/identification, phonics, phonemic awareness, spelling, and comprehension. Lessons can also be tailored to reinforce literacy skills and strategies your learner is learning at school to support mastery.
