課堂經歷
This private, one on one fitness class is a combination of Mat Pilates and Yoga, to offer flow to gain strength and healthy fitness. This class is great for gaining flexibility and strengthening the core for dancers and athletes. These practices take time to do correctly in terms of using proper breathing methods, specific muscle groups, and correct alignment. 💫This class will meet 2 times a week on a private schedule to work with a student one on one. These two fitness practices can be done three days in a row as there is not need for recovery days. 💫Mat Pilates and Yoga can engage inner focus to accomplish the various exercises included. 💫They also teach breathing techniques and muscle groups will be distinguished along with their use 💫within the Pilates exercise or Yoga pose. No experience is required and as the class progresses, the learner will connect to the exercises and gain benefit on an individual level. The purpose of the exercises will be explained in detail and students will learn proper form through practice and patience. Each learner will be asked to set three goals on the first day of class that are personal to them. The teacher will instruct the class with vocal instruction and physical demonstrations with any questions or modifications provided. You will need a mat and a clear area to move in.

父母的引導和規範
Parents please be advised that this is a physical class that needs room for your child to move in an open space. The student can wear clothes that are layered that they can easily move in and discard as they get hot, and wear socks or have bare feet. Also, have a water bottle close by for when a student might need to drink water or take a break during class.
Parents cannot join the class, as Outschool Policy requires parents to stay off camera. Parental Guidance instead is required and expected. Thank you.

Besides teaching many forms of dance, Ms. Natalie is certified in AFAA Primary Group Certification, Pilates, Zumba and has been a fitness instructor for the past 18 years. I have taught all ages in fitness classes and I like to motivate children to adopt healthy practices that they will enjoy and keep practicing.
