In this course, students will be given guided practice problems to practice skills and concepts with the coordinate plane typically taught in sixth grade. This should not be the student's first exposure to this mathematical operation. Students will be given immediate feedback, guided error correction, and reteaching as needed during the class. Learners can also bring homework or assignments from school or other classes that involve the coordinate plane to work on together. 

Concepts and skills can include any of the following:
•Identifying Parts of the Coordinate Plane
•Graphing Points on the Coordinate Plane
•Quadrants
•Reflections
•Distance Between Two Points
•Area and Perimeter of Squares and Rectangles on the Coordinate Plane
