課堂經歷

This lesson is centered around kindness and empathy. I will teach kindness through discussion, storytelling, song and dance and meditation.
I will encourage learners to express their feelings and stories on the subject. I will teach yoga and meditation as a way of expressing feelings.
They will be Inspired to use their Imaginations Thinking “What would that feel like?” is one of the most powerful habits …
We will discuss "random acts of kindness and how this could affect another person.

 That could mean surprising people around your community, writing thank you cards, baking cookies for someone, serving lemonade to neighborhood workers and calling someone to cheer them up.
Class will end with a song meditation to reinforce the theme.
